Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1 –Chandigarh to Patnitop
The day has finally arrived when we flag-off one of our most adventurous expeditions. Post breakfast we will start driving towards Patnitop. By far the most popular of J&K’s hill resorts is a hilltop tourist location in Udhampur, situated on a plateau in the Shiwalik belt of the Himalayas, Patnitop sits at an altitude of 2024 metres. The river Chenab flows in close proximity to this location. One can also drive through thick forests of 12 kms downhill to Batote, an old hill station also known for apple orchards, Amar Cheshma and other springs and countless dhabas (eatries).

Day 2 – Patnitop to Sonmarg
Post breakfast we will leave for Sonmarg to enter Kashmir through
Banihal, Sonmarg is located at an altitude of 2,740 m, an ideal stopover for nature lovers who want to enjoy camping in a hill station. Known as the Meadow of Gold, Sonmarg is the gateway to Ladakh and is known for its verdant and picturesque valleys and snow-clad peaks.

Day 3 – Sonmarg to Leh via Kargil
Post breakfast, we will be heading towards the so called most difficult
terrain of the Zozi-La, second highest pass on Srinagar Leh highway at an altitude of 3500 meters. Kargil will be our next designated halt for refreshment which is 100 km from Zozi La, a 3-4 hour drive. However, there will be a thrill of reaching Drass on the way too, which is considered to be the 2nd coldest inhabited place in the world.
We will reach Leh by late evening.

DAY 04 – Leh (Local sightseeing & Relaxation)
Begin your day early with a delicious breakfast and prepare for an
adventurous drive to the legendary ‘Sham Valley’.Visit the confluence of the Zanskar- Indus Rivers, which is also the world highest river rafting point. Experience the world-famous Hall of fame and learn more about the Indo-Pak wars and the martyrs. Later, enjoy dinner after you have experienced a day full of activities and thrill.

DAY 05 -Leh to Nubra via Khardung-la
Today we proceed to Nubra Valley via Khardung La –one of the world’s
highest motorablepass.TheShyok River meets the Siachen River to form this large valley separating the Ladakh and Karakoram ranges. Further ahead we cross diskit and reach hunder village which lies on the ancient silk route and famous for its sweeping sand dunes and double humped Bactrian camels. Spend rest of the day at leisure.
DAY 06 – Nubra to Leh
Post breakfast we will drive to Leh via Khardug la once again. We will
take a halt to visit Diskit monastery – oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in Nubra valley.Within the Tibetian style Gompa, there are beautiful frescos and decorations that you can’t help but marvel at. An iconic feature of the prayer hall of the monastery is the statue of
Cho Rinpoche (Crowned Buddha).
Further ahead we will cross North & South Pullu to reah Leh.

DAY 07 -Leh to Tso-Moriri
Post Breakfast we will drive towards beautiful Tsomoriri Lake which is
located at an altitude of 4530Metres above sea level.
TsoMoriri lake in Changthang region of Ladakh is one of the most beautiful, calm, and sacred (for Ladakhis) high altitude lakes in India. It is the largest high altitude lake in India that is entirely in Indian territory.
This beautiful blue pallet lake is about 7 km wide at its broadest point and about 19 km long.
Overnight stay at Tso-moriri.
DAY 08 – Tso-moriri to Sarchu
On this day we will drive towards Sarchu
Sarchu is a significant point in Ladakh region. It is on the border of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir on the Leh-Manali Highway.
Overnight stay in Sarchu.
DAY 09 – Sarchu to Manali
Post breakfast we will drive towards Manali,a mecca for adventure
sports enthusiasts, Manali is situated at 6,398 ft in the Himalayas. Located in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh.
Overnight stay in Manali.
DAY 10 – Manali to Delhi
The Last day of the expedition is here, and its time to head back to Delhi
or your chosen destination.
All good things are destined to an end and so is this journey.
