September 20th to October 11th, 2025. The journey covers approximately 34,000 kilometers, starting from Lucknow, India, and traveling through Nepal to Lhasa, China, before concluding in Kathmandu, Nepal. Key destinations include Pokhara, Upper and Lower Mustang, Lhasa, and the Everest Base Camp (EBC).
Cost and Payment
The expedition cost varies based on booking time and occupancy type.
Early Bird Offer (until July 30th, 2025):
- ₹3,90,000 per person on twin sharing.
- ₹5,90,000 per person for single occupancy.
Late Entry Cost:
₹4,25,000 per person on twin sharing.
₹6,25,000 per person for single occupancy.

EXCLUSIONS
- Special permit for Upper Mustang (US $550.00 per person, subject to change)
- Vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking, servicing, repairs, and towing charges
- Meals and drinks not specified, including alcoholic beverages
- Domestic and international flights
- Entry fees to monasteries
- Medical and travel insurance
- Any medical expenses incurred during the expedition
- Costs arising from unforeseen circumstances like ill-health, vehicle breakdown, or bad weather
- Any expenses before the official start or after the end of the expedition
- 5% GST
- Anything not mentioned in the inclusions
